An order is legally categorized as "Processed" once it has been gathered, inspected, packed, or once an active tracking code is generated with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Processed orders cannot be recalled or stopped from entering the domestic shipping stream. If your cancellation request arrives after your order status changes to "Processed", you must wait for the shipment to arrive and follow our formal return process.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Entering accurate location details remains imperative during payment. If you notice a typo in your street name, zip code, or apartment number after completing payment, contact customer support immediately. If the parcel has already been handed over to the courier network with the incorrect shipping data, Princesshunt is not liable for missing deliveries, and the customer will be responsible for re-routing costs.

7. Refunds

Upon receiving a valid cancellation request within the permitted window, our billing staff will immediately trigger a full credit back to your account. This refund encompasses the initial product value along with the standard $6.99 shipping flat rate. Please note that banking networks typically require 3 to 7 business days to post the credit back onto your statement.

8. Replacement Orders

In cases where an order change cannot be processed because the original item has already been shipped, you can choose to place a secondary replacement order immediately through our website to secure the correct item. Once the original package arrives, you can send it back to our facility under our standard return guidelines to receive a full refund.

As a buyer, you are responsible for thoroughly verifying all item variables (including size charts, item counts, color selections) and billing/shipping data before finalizing the transaction. Princesshunt cannot extend financial liability or complementary reshipments for fulfillment issues directly arising from customer input errors at checkout.
